Welcome to Wrongr! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wrongr mobile application (the "App") operated by Think Latitude ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Wrongr. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We may require age verification at our discretion.
AI verdicts are entertainment only. Wrongr's AI-generated verdicts, rulings, confidence scores, and analysis are provided strictly for entertainment purposes. They do not constitute and should not be relied upon as legal advice, professional counseling, therapeutic guidance, medical advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional opinion. The AI can be wrong, biased, or miss important context. Always seek qualified professional help for serious matters.
AI verdicts are generated by third-party language models (OpenAI) and may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the correctness, fairness, or completeness of any AI-generated content.
When you submit a situation to Wrongr, you retain ownership of your original content. However, by posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App and for promotional purposes.
You agree not to post content that:
All submitted content is subject to automated and manual moderation. We use AI-powered moderation (OpenAI) and keyword filters to screen content before it appears on the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Users can report content that violates these Terms. We review all reports and take action as appropriate, including content removal, warnings, or account suspension.
Votes are anonymous and cannot be changed once cast. Vote manipulation (e.g., using multiple accounts, coordinated voting) is prohibited and may result in account termination.
The App, including its design, branding, features, code, AI prompts, and verdict engine, is the intellectual property of Think Latitude. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without written permission.
You retain ownership of the original text you submit. The content license you grant us (Section 4.1) is limited to operating and promoting the App.
Wrongr offers optional premium subscriptions ("Wrongr Premium") that provide additional features. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and processed via RevenueCat.
The free tier of Wrongr is supported by advertising through Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of ads within the App.
