Wrongr ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Think Latitude. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Wrongr mobile application (the "App"). Please read it carefully.

3. AI Processing Disclosure

Your situation text is processed by OpenAI. When you submit a situation or when content is moderated, the text is sent to OpenAI's API (GPT-4o-mini) to generate AI verdicts and perform content moderation. OpenAI processes this data under their API data usage policy. We do not send your name, email, or account identifiers to OpenAI — only the situation text and category.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Firebase (Google)

We use Firebase for authentication, database (Firestore), cloud functions, and analytics. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy

4.2 RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat receives your anonymized user ID and purchase data. See: revenuecat.com/privacy

4.3 Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to deliver personalized or contextual ads. On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before collecting the IDFA for personalized ads. See: Google Ads Privacy

6.1 Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us at thinklatitude@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6.2 Access & Portability

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Our legal bases for processing are: consent (advertising identifiers), contract performance (providing the service), and legitimate interests (security, analytics).

8. CCPA (California Users)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

We do not sell your personal information. Advertising data shared with AdMob may constitute a "sale" under CCPA; you can opt out via your device's advertising settings.

9. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Wrongr is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 17, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 17 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at thinklatitude@gmail.com.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), Firebase security rules, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy in the App or sending a notification. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
