Welcome to Numinai. By downloading, installing, or using the Numinai mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the Service

Numinai is an AI-powered numerology and spiritual insights application. The App provides numerology calculations, personalized readings, and spiritual interpretations based on your birth date, name, and other inputs.

2. Entertainment Disclaimer

Numinai is for entertainment and personal exploration purposes only. Numerology readings and spiritual insights provided by the App are not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on readings from this App. Think Latitude makes no claims regarding the scientific validity of numerology.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Numinai. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity under your account
You agree to provide accurate information during registration
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App by automated means
Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm others
Redistribute or resell AI-generated readings

6. AI-Generated Content

Readings and interpretations generated by AI are created algorithmically and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. Think Latitude does not endorse or guarantee the content of AI-generated readings. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is provided as-is and use it at your own discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, content, and branding are owned by Think Latitude and protected by copyright and trademark law. AI-generated readings are provided for your personal use only and may not be commercially redistributed without written permission.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Numinai may offer premium features through in-app subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed through Google Play or Apple App Store
Refunds are handled according to the respective store's refund policies
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THINK LATITUDE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON READINGS OR INTERPRETATIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT READINGS WILL BE ACCURATE, MEANINGFUL, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Think Latitude from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
