Numinai ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Think Latitude. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Numinai mobile application (the "App"). Please read it carefully.

• Display name (optional)
• Date of birth (used for numerology calculations)
• Full name (used for expression number calculations)

1.2 Numerology & Spiritual Data

• Birth date and name inputs for numerology calculations
• Generated readings and interpretations
• Saved readings and favorites
• Journal entries (if applicable)

1.3 AI Processing

1.4 Device & Technical Information

• Device type, operating system, and version
• Unique device identifiers
• IP address
• App usage analytics and crash reports

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide the Service: Calculate numerology numbers, generate personalized readings and spiritual insights
• AI Processing: Generate personalized interpretations using AI services
• Personalization: Save your readings and track your spiritual journey
• Analytics: Understand usage patterns and improve the App
• Advertising: Serve ads through Google AdMob to free-tier users
• Safety: Detect abuse and enforce our Terms of Service

4.1 Firebase (Google)

We use Firebase for authentication, database, and analytics. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy

4.2 Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data. See: Google Ads Privacy

4.3 AI Services

Numerology inputs may be processed by AI services (such as Google Gemini) to generate personalized readings. Only the data necessary for the reading is transmitted — no account identifiers are included.

5. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
• Readings & calculations: Retained while your account is active; you can delete individual readings at any time
• Device/Analytics data: Retained for up to 26 months per Google Analytics defaults

6. Your Rights & Choices

6.1 Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us at thinklatitude@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6.2 Access & Portability

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us.

6.3 Opt-Out of Personalized Ads

• iOS: Deny tracking via the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or go to Settings → Privacy → Tracking
• Android: Go to Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the GDPR:

• Right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data
• Right to restrict or object to processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to withdraw consent at any time

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), Firebase security rules, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy in the App or sending a notification. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
