Welcome to HaulScan. By downloading, installing, or using the HaulScan mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the Service

HaulScan is a barcode scanning tool designed to help resellers identify potentially profitable items. The App provides product information, estimated pricing, and resale data based on barcode lookups.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use HaulScan. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity under your account
You agree to provide accurate information during registration
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App by automated means
Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
Impersonate any person or entity
Use the App to transmit malware or other harmful code

5. Product Data & Pricing Disclaimer

HaulScan provides estimated product information and pricing for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any product data, pricing, or resale estimates. Actual resale values may vary significantly. You are solely responsible for your purchasing and reselling decisions. Think Latitude is not liable for any financial losses incurred based on information provided by the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, content, and branding are owned by Think Latitude and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without written permission.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

HaulScan may offer premium features through in-app subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed through Google Play or Apple App Store
Refunds are handled according to the respective store's refund policies
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THINK LATITUDE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Think Latitude from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
